Abstract The paper analyzes the regional and traffic superiorities and main function of Nanjing metropolis in economical region, then points out that Nanjing has comprehensive advantages in investment environment.Further more, based on analysis above, the author probes into the main investment industries and the consistent spatial development of Nanjing in the near future.
